He actually opened up the show by doing two solo numbers as an opening act to the opening band. Speaking of which, here he is joining Paul and Storm for ‘Nugget Man’:


Possibly the absolute highlight of his appearance was a “Mr. Fancy Pants” duel with Jonathan Coulton during his set (Sorry about the terrible audio quality, such is the way of the found Youtube video):
